Order Processing All products are made to order. Once your order is placed, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is dispatched.
This is because each item is custom-made just for you - Print On Demand with No Waste that is Kinder to the Environment and reduces Clothing Going to Landfill
Shipping Times We work with a network of global fulfilment partners to bring you our products. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
Clothing & Apparel (fulfilled US & worldwide):
- Major cities (US, UK, EU): 5–10 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–21 business days
- Other regions: delivery times may vary
Silk Scarves, Kimonos & Underwear (fulfilled in Canada):
- Most destinations: 5–10 business days
Jewellery (fulfilled US):
- Most destinations: 5–10 business days

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Customs, Duties & Taxes Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure.
