A small guide to your parcel’s journey, from our collection to your doorstep.
Open your secure order status
Find your AngelusNoir order confirmation or shipping confirmation email, then follow its order-status or tracking link. This opens your personal Shopify order-status page, where you can view available shipment updates and carrier tracking.
Your order number is in your order confirmation email or SMS receipt. If prompted, verify your identity on the secure order-status page using your order number and the email address or phone number used at checkout. There is no need to enter those details on this page. Keep your personal order-status link private.
Reading the signs
Confirmed: Your order has been received; the carrier has not yet reported it in transit.
On its way: Your parcel is travelling through the carrier’s network.
Out for delivery: Your parcel is in your area and out for delivery.
Delivered: The carrier has marked your parcel as delivered.
Attempted delivery: The carrier could not complete delivery. Check the carrier’s tracking details for collection or redelivery instructions.
Updates depend on your carrier. If live updates are not available, follow the carrier tracking link on your order-status page for the latest details. Orders sent in separate parcels may show more than one shipment.

Check your spam or junk folder for your confirmation email. If it is still missing, reply to another AngelusNoir order email for help. Please do not send payment details or share your personal tracking link publicly.
